We work closely with our partner farmers all year long, using the best farming practices, from seed germination to harvesting, to optimize the yield and quality of cherries.


The coffee is treated & milled using our own wet & dry mills, upon which, it is thoroughly analyzed by a team of highly trained & experienced cuppers at our lab, using SCAA standards.


The coffee, which usually regularly scores an impressive SCAA score of 86.5, is expertly roasted in small batches, using the latest technology.
